When Nate and I were getting married, we decided on our Videographer: Brent King.  Brent does a great job taking shots of the wedding from multiple angles without being intrusive in any way.  He also has clear recording of sound throughout the space, which was important to us as we had a number of our friends performing our wedding music both with and without mics.  At the reception afterwards, he was able to capture some great footage of the fun and the "Kodak moments" WITHOUT shining an overly bright light in people's faces like at many other weddings we've been to.  When we received the finished video, it was a perfect representation of our day that we could share with family who couldn't make the trip and keep as a great memory for ourselves down the road.  We are so grateful to Brent for all of his hard work and for capturing every special moment that we would have wanted to capture ourselves.  We look forward to enjoying our wedding video again and again!!!

We chose Blue Hen Video as our wedding videographer after knowing Brent personally as well as seeing some of the wedding videos that he had taken. We were nothing short of thrilled with our wedding video. Before our wedding, there was constant communication regarding portions of the day that we wanted videotaped (such as the photography session after the ceremony) as well as things that we didn’t want (table to table interviews). Brent was willing to accommodate our every request, and even managed to find our siblings during the reception so they could make a short toast on the video! On the day of the wedding, I (the bride) have to admit, I didn’t even know Brent was there! He spoke with the groom prior to the start of the ceremony, had all the video cameras and sound systems set up, and the shots of our ceremony are just beautiful! He worked so well with our photographer (having never met him before) and we have such beautiful memories of that day recorded!!! I was amazed at the amount of footage both on our video and in the raw footage, since I never even noticed that Brent was around! The only chance I got to speak to him was at the end of the reception, when he asked us to toast our champagne glasses and kiss, as this is a “standard” shot for him in his wedding videos. After the wedding, the communication didn’t stop! We received our videos in a reasonable amount of time, even when we changed our mind about how many copies we wanted. And the quality of the video is top-notch!!! Both sound and picture are extremely high-quality with no disappointments, from inside the church to outside at photos to the evening reception! We (along with our families) have re-lived that day through the video countless times, and we’ve only been married for a little over a year! There was absolutely NOTHING that I would change about the way Brent captured our wedding memories, and I would recommend his services to ANYONE!!
